To accomplish this there are certain, “Achievements” that you have to complete. These achievements are more rewarding than levels you unlocked flinging angry birds into pigs. They are qualities we believe every great business should strive for.

Exceptional Customer Experiences
We rank businesses higher who create great customer experiences, and there are three ways we determine your awesomeness.

  • Ratings

      • Tip: If it has been more than 3-7 days, and you have not shipped out the order, reach out to your customer to give them a friendly status update. Emails requesting the customer to leave a rating are automatically sent out after an order is marked as shipped (between 1 and 2 weeks) . Customers will leave a bad review if they have not heard anything about their order.

Social shopping: How your Watchers and Envies affect visibility in the marketplace.

As a customer, online shopping means I am at home in my pajamas looking for candles and bath-bombs. Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was a Marketplace where I could vote for the products I believe in? Envies work similarly to “Likes” on social media. The more Envies your products get, the higher that product is ranked. Here are two amazing ways Envies increase your products visibility.

    • Trending pages and Search: These are the two main ways shoppers find products on Storenvy. Products with the most and most recent Envies will find their way to the top of these pages for everyone to see.
      • Tip: Share your products on social media, requesting customers to Envy your products in the Storenvy Marketplace. Call your followers to action: “Envy products on my Storenvy store and receive a discount code!”
    • The Feed: The feed is where shoppers can see all the products their followers on Storenvy are envying. So, if your product gets envied by a thousands of people, or one person with thousands of followers, that means thousands more people will see your product! Wowser.

When a customer watches your store, you should be pretty excited! That means they want to stay up to date on all the new products your business has. Here’s two important ways Watchers impact visibility in the Marketpalce.

    • The Feed: When a shopper watches your business, they receive email notifications and feed updates every week you release a new product.
      • Tip: Keep it fresh! Add new products with quality photos so customers are enticed to click over to your Storenvy store and peruse.
